They were so helpful after I nearly cancelled through another company giving me a really crazy price which was more than my trip - Couldn't do enough to help and restored my confidence that I wasn't the liability I felt I was.

Recommended by ROL cruise specialists, so we thought weβd give them a try. Just taken out a policy for a single trip insurance for hubby and I. It was straight forward going through medical questions and the price was better than another quote I had. Friendly staff, wouldβve given 5 stars but Iβd have to see how good they are, should we need to claim.

I was passed from pillar to post on the phone then was told a claim form would be emailed to me and to expect it in 15 minutes. 24 hours later and still no email. I have tried to log into my account online and fill in a claim form, but password not accepted. Got an email with re set password link and followed all the instructions and it won't accept change of password. I tried all this till I'm blue in the face.

Ignore previous criticism. Once the review appeared on Trustpilot the service improved and I spoke to a very helpful person in Durban. They did have a problem emailing me my documents and got me through showing me how to access them online. I was then contacted by the very clear and pleasant Beth from Sunderland who recognised my disability and ensured that I have everything I need for next weeks trip. Note that the call centre for buying policy is in Sunderland but all administration queries go to South Africa- which is much better than having them dealt with by a robot. I would prefer more presence in Sunderland but I cannot fault the care I have had this week on both continents. I think that posting a review on Trustpilot definitely helped me get attention in a time of rising panic.
