Hard work to claim
We paid for our travel cover which included pre existing medical conditions and the price was very reasonable we also purchased smart luggage and this is where it went wrong our baggage was lost on return and the 39 minute payout has still not been received as of now (21days) admittedly they could not pay into the first bank account I gave but when I changed this still no payment has been received then apparently after 48 hrs you should receive £500 but they now want proof from the airline that the luggage has not been retrieved I understand this but they are 19 days late in asking for the required information
