Use at your own risk. Offered little help in terms of protecting my interests with my property purchase, and never responded to me when questions arose after the completion. I would report them to the law ombudsman if I thought I would get any resolution.

Nick Shelford was supportive, informative and helpful throughout the entire process. He delivered an excellent service and got us across the line before the Stamp Duty increase too, which was an extremely welcome touch! I can only imagine how busy it is right now for you so to have managed this while effectively juggling flaming swords was very impressive! The process of moving is stressful and has a lot of moving parts and while there were some minor bumps along the way, Nick was quick to address and rectify them for us. The portal was super easy-to-use and very helpful organising and keeping track of everything - I don't think I've ever completed so many legal documents in my life and without this I'd have been absolutely lost! Being 30 years since my last house purchase, it felt strange for all the legal side of things to be conducted online rather than in a local office and initially the number of emails and actions needed seemed overwhelming. Within a few days, however, it became a routine to check whether there were any updates. Amy Stupar was perfect - in touch when there was an update; promptly responding to email or phone queries but not pestering. Online actions also meant that I could access and update them at times that suited me without interruptions to work or other commitments. I'd certainly recommend this service to any friends thinking of moving house.

Do not use this company! They may be cheap but they are totally incompetent. If your sale isn’t straightforward and doesn’t fit within their automated system they are completely worthless. They aren’t solicitors and don’t have the legal wherewithal to deal with complex sales.
