Use at your own risk. Offered little help in terms of protecting my interests with my property purchase, and never responded to me when questions arose after the completion. I would report them to the law ombudsman if I thought I would get any resolution.

Our Conveyancer, Chloe Bromley, was excellent throughout the entire process. Chloe kept chasing all the way to the end and always kept us informed. Never a problem to contact and speak to. I really could not fault JS Law, which was an entirely different story on the company at the bottom of the chain O'Neill Patients (ONP) who were absolutely terrible and made the whole process extremely painful and costly due to ONP's slowness and total lack of engagement.

I instructed them to sell my property, they got Β£25 pounds on the phone, and never heard of them again. I chased them, my real estate agent who introduced them to me, and still nothing. Today I instructed another solicitor to help me with the sale and I assume I lost my time and Β£25 pounds. I certainly wouldn't advise any of you to trust them. Update: I gave name and what they asked and still silent. I am speechless.

From start to finish (10 weeks!) the service from both Kashfa & Beverley was amazing. Kashfa took over part way and it was seamless, very responsive to all calls and emails ( & I felt I hounded). If I could give no stars then I would!! Dealing with the conveyancing are a complete nightmare. NO COMMUNICATION. Can not EVER get an answer from anyone. NEVER call back. NEVER answer emails. At the last hour they have made up excuses they have not received paperwork sent to them 3 times already! They received everything else!!! Another excuse as to why they're not ready to complete. Only communicated to the other solicitor and filtered through to me through the estate agents and I am suppose to be their client!! FUMING!! They suddenly come up with excuses when really they have not done the job they will expect to be paid for!! BIG complaint going to the ombudsman about this. ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!!
