Nick Shelford was supportive, informative and helpful throughout the entire process. He delivered an excellent service and got us across the line before the Stamp Duty increase too, which was an extremely welcome touch! I can only imagine how busy it is right now for you so to have managed this while effectively juggling flaming swords was very impressive! The process of moving is stressful and has a lot of moving parts and while there were some minor bumps along the way, Nick was quick to address and rectify them for us. The portal was super easy-to-use and very helpful organising and keeping track of everything - I don't think I've ever completed so many legal documents in my life and without this I'd have been absolutely lost! I would absolutely recommend again. Thanks very much!
