This is a challenging review

This is a challenging review, because I didn't get the car I ordered, but the company handled it really well. Probably more hassle than would be ideal, but I am happy with the car so far, and feel that the extras that were thrown in, to make up for the mistake, were very fair. I don't know what caused the error in the first place, so it is hard for me to comment on that.

Good service

An interesting time when no contact was allowed due covid19 restrictions. Despite the unusual circumstances the customer service was great. I was kept update on the progress of my order and arrangements. Very helpful and friendly service throughout.

Have had intermittent misfire

Have had intermittent misfire, my first visit to JG, not any old garage but Ford main dealers with all there skill, expertise and the most modern technology, I was told as the engine was running normal with know stored data on car computer there was nothing that could be done and to return when it happened again, a few weeks later the misfire happened again I phoned JG to see if I could come in straight away so they can plug into the computer, unfortunately nothing was showing I was told to book car in so they can do further investigations, car went in as arranged a few hours later I received a call saying nothing can be done as there was know stored data exactly what I was told before, I just don’t understand why know testing on certain ignition parts were tested I was under the impression that JG mechanics are the best of the best with the best equipment but obviously not, as they only seem to rely on what the car computer, says, very disappointed Another point, I really do not want a car health check, I have servicing at the regular intervals for faults if more time was spent on the problem in hand instead of trying to find problems to get inflated cost repairs, then more time can be spent on the initial issue.

Super Car not Grose!

I bought online my new E-Niro having never seen one in person. It was delivered to my door Bu John Grose Kia dealership all new and gleaming white. The sales team who iI dealt with at Lowestoft were brilliant and handled every aspect of the purchase online and on the phone. Particularly Ben Harper who went the extra mile to get me best price for my trade in Toyota. Now the service department followed up with great price for service agreement so all sorted for the next 3 years petrol/diesel free motoring on all electric.

Great Sales Advice and a Great Car - Ford Puma XT-Line X

Even though we bought our car towards the end of Covid lockdown, we still received great service and advice. Ben Harper guided myself and my wife through the finance package and made it all very simple to understand. The specification of the car and options available were great and Ben helped us choose the right fit for our needs. We actually bought extra options once we learned how useful they would be, as well as how good the car would look with the extras added. My wife has had her Ford Puma for over a month now and loves it. Thanks for the help Ben and we'll see you when we change the car again! Mr & Mrs Wightley, Lowestoft

Simple and easy

Buying a car made simple.I recently bought a car from Stephen at the Diss branch. Everything was done by phone and email and it was ultra efficient.The car was even delivered to my door in Essex at no extra cost. The guys and gals at John Grose have got it spot on and other car dealers could learn a lot from them. My cars will be bought from these guys in the future........top job!!!!!!!!
