This is a challenging review

This is a challenging review, because I didn't get the car I ordered, but the company handled it really well. Probably more hassle than would be ideal, but I am happy with the car so far, and feel that the extras that were thrown in, to make up for the mistake, were very fair. I don't know what caused the error in the first place, so it is hard for me to comment on that.

What can I say I want to say a huge Thankyou to Ben who looked after me with my car I urgently needed a car but could not go and see one because of covid so helped me to do it on line I told him what car I wanted and he sorted it out I didn’t care about the colour I left it to Ben he showed me the car he picked for me went through everything on it he filmed it and I agreed to have the one he showed me and the service was very quick I did not have to wait long for it I am very pleased and happy with it also Ben kept in touch all the way through it he even checked to see if I was happy with it when I received it which I was you have a great sales assistant there.Thankyou once again for a great car the best that I have had it runs so smooth even over our pot holes that cannot always be miss on our road.X

Really good experience from the team at…

Really good experience from the team at Peugeot. Given my purchase was during lockdown and IT forms are not my strongest point with lots of people furlough working, my salesman was always patient and helpful, answering all my queries with others to step in or pass messages if it wasn't his working day. I love the car and even after the sale, I still got the impression they were here to help. I even popped back with some additional questions and was made welcome. Very impressed!

Faulty Sat Nav

I recently purchased a new Ranger,after a very short time the Sat Nav stopped working. I contacted John Grose lowestoft and they were able book in for diagnoses on the day that suited me. The part was ordered and arrived in a few days, they were able fit replacement part the next day . All the staff I spoke to were very friendly, professional and polite. I was offered a courtesy vehicle and my Ranger was cleaned aswell. 😊 A BIG BIG thank you, I highly recommend 👌

Took delivery of my new Ford Mustang…

Took delivery of my new Ford Mustang yesterday (20/05/21) and the whole handover experience was outstanding. The care and attention offered by Jacques and all the staff and management was second to none. This is the 3rd car I have purchased from their Ipswich branch.

KUGA PHEV Vignale

Took delivery of my new Kuga PHEV in April and have now driven approx 850 miles and still have 1/4 tank of fuel remaining. The electric driving is excellent and is simple to recharge at home, just plug in, top up the battery and enjoy pure electric driving. The Kuga is quiet, comfortable and an absolute pleasure to drive.

Everything from ordering from our…

Everything from ordering from our Motability vehicle at John Grose Lowestoft and the staff making sure everything would be ready for our handover of our vehicle all the staff were excellent despite the covid restrictions at the time made myself and my husband very welcome. there's not enough stars on here as i would like to give them. i would definitely say im 100% positive in having another vehicle from John Grose at Lowestoft again. Once again thank you John Grose for everything.
