This is a challenging review, because I didn't get the car I ordered, but the company handled it really well. Probably more hassle than would be ideal, but I am happy with the car so far, and feel that the extras that were thrown in, to make up for the mistake, were very fair. I don't know what caused the error in the first place, so it is hard for me to comment on that.

I recently purchased a Ford Fiesta from John Grose Ipswich. John Gaylard who sold me the car could not have been more accommodating and helpful and gave good advice on the purchase. I am absolutely delighted with the vehicle and so impressed was my husband, the following week he purchased a Ford Focus from John. Also and in addition, they were very dog friendly in the showroom - John actually choosing to sit us and our dog under the A/C as it was such a hot day. My husband has been a customer of John Grose for many years both for purchasing and servicing and I can well see why. Top marks!

Great service start to finish. I got a good deal on my old car to part exchange for a new Peugeot 3008 hybrid. Very happy with my new car- itβs been fantastic and very economical. Special thanks to Gary Page who sold me the car as he was so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Would definitely recommend they did a fantastic job getting us our new Kia as we urgently needed a new car as mine was playing up so James Sutton talked us through everything we needed to know about the car let us new the moment our car so ready to be pick up really happy with the experience the car is fantastic like i said would definitely recommend to anybody who is looking for a mobility or new car this place and people are the best
