This is a challenging review

This is a challenging review, because I didn't get the car I ordered, but the company handled it really well. Probably more hassle than would be ideal, but I am happy with the car so far, and feel that the extras that were thrown in, to make up for the mistake, were very fair. I don't know what caused the error in the first place, so it is hard for me to comment on that.

Excellent service

I'm very happy with the new Peugeot 108 I purchased from John Grose Ipswich. My Peugeot 107 was part-exchanged at an agreed price. The customer service ,from Jamie Stevens, was excellent : when I picked up the 108 I was given a demo of Android Auto plus other basics.

Would recommend this garage

John Gaylord our used car executive was very friendly helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and all questions were answered with patience. I had a small problem with the car after I purchased it and John was very good and very proactive in getting the problem sorted Would recommend John Grose and seeing John if you want to buy a car.

Very good service

Very good service Buying a car under normal conditions is challenging enough but when also in the middle of a pandemic, John Grose Citroen, and Sales Person Benjamin Seaton, made the whole experience stress free. Ben was very friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and sorting the exchange paperwork on our behalf. Test vehicle and garage was well clean making us feel all Covid measures had been taken, making us feel safe. Very good service received all round.

Excellent customer service …

Wanted to say how great the experience was of trading in and buying a new car at Diss was. Stephen could not of been more polite helpful courteous and patient especially with us arguing whether the boot is big enough for our needs ( it is I was right haha). We are really pleased with our new car and would definitely recommend John Grose Diss to others.
