This is a challenging review, because I didn't get the car I ordered, but the company handled it really well. Probably more hassle than would be ideal, but I am happy with the car so far, and feel that the extras that were thrown in, to make up for the mistake, were very fair. I don't know what caused the error in the first place, so it is hard for me to comment on that.

Having visited the Lowestoft branch with family to test drive a new car, I stumbled upon my own little dream car there. I enquired about it and Lukan was absolutely brilliant from the start. Very polite, helpful and reassuring. Nothing was too much trouble and after a test drive things just got better. Aftersales was lovely too and will continue to be I'm sure, if ever needed. Lukan is an asset to the company, as are the other members of the team, who always answered the phone with a bright, cheerful and friendly manner. I know where I am going when I need another new car!

Great service from start to finish. From the moment I walked into the showroom to enquire about the vehicle I was made to feel welcome and that I mattered. Then when I rang to book a test drive I was remembered and again made to feel valued and that nothing was too much trouble. This attitude continued throughout the whole process. I was very impressed with the service I received from the salesman he went above and beyond to help me purchase the car of my choice being an older customer with very little or no technical know how things seem more complicated than they are but the salesman was very patient and helped me every step of the way the last time I purchased a new car I just picked the model and signed over a cheque but not anymore unfortunately things move much to fast for the older generation

We have been with Citroen for many years and returned to purchase another car under the motorbility scheme.We were given excellent advise and information and nothing was too much trouble. We were given a car to use until ours arrived and kept up to date with phone calls before and after the sale. i would highly recommend Citroen for their expertise.
