This is a challenging review, because I didn't get the car I ordered, but the company handled it really well. Probably more hassle than would be ideal, but I am happy with the car so far, and feel that the extras that were thrown in, to make up for the mistake, were very fair. I don't know what caused the error in the first place, so it is hard for me to comment on that.

Buying a car from John Grose has been the most eastiest place to trade cars and buy new ones. I would definitely recommend going to John Grose to buy any Ford cars, especially when you have nice staff to talk to, like Gary. He's such a nice down to earth person and so easy to talk to. So glad I've bought a car from John Grose and was handled by Gary. The car was clean and tidy and the video link was very informative.
