This is a challenging review, because I didn't get the car I ordered, but the company handled it really well. Probably more hassle than would be ideal, but I am happy with the car so far, and feel that the extras that were thrown in, to make up for the mistake, were very fair. I don't know what caused the error in the first place, so it is hard for me to comment on that.

Purchasing a Commercial vehicle has been made pleasurable by John Grose of Lowestoft. I dealt with Matt for my new van and we hammered out a good deal for me and for him and feel I was well looked after with all aspects of the van from the panelling, rubber mats and fuel. They even bent over backwards to accommodate my old van that should of been collected on the same day and I want to thank Andrew for his help in my old van being collect. Very happy with my new van and look forward to using them again when due a change.
