This is a challenging review, because I didn't get the car I ordered, but the company handled it really well. Probably more hassle than would be ideal, but I am happy with the car so far, and feel that the extras that were thrown in, to make up for the mistake, were very fair. I don't know what caused the error in the first place, so it is hard for me to comment on that.

Good value car. But. Basic model. I already wish I had air conditioning! I also wish that I had the steering wheel adjusted to suit me when I collected my brand new car.

I recently bought a used Fiesta from JG. It has had a few teething problems and been returned several times. Although extremely annoying, I cannot fault everybody at JG for the most incredible and helpful service. My car was collected from my home in the late afternoon and worked on during the night, and then returned 1st thing in the morning. Everybody at JG have bent over double to help me, and throughout treated me as if I was their most valuable customer. Not only going the extra mile to help me but....... the extra 1,000 miles. Thanks guys for all your help.
