This is a challenging review

This is a challenging review, because I didn't get the car I ordered, but the company handled it really well. Probably more hassle than would be ideal, but I am happy with the car so far, and feel that the extras that were thrown in, to make up for the mistake, were very fair. I don't know what caused the error in the first place, so it is hard for me to comment on that.

Great deal, fantastic buying experience

This is the second car I have bought from John Grose, I was delighted the way the Sales person Jack Keeling looked after me, doing his best in terms of getting me the best deal possible, at all times during the process Jack kept me well informed of it's progress, the handover was a pleasant and efficient experience, it's easy to see why there are so many customers that return time and again. I am only too pleased to give potential John Grose customers my full recommendation.

They are always polite & helpful

They are always polite & helpful, they are security minded during covid, the showrooms are spotless & stylish. They are very helpful with disabled people, our car is always collected & delivered. They have automatic doors which is esseltual with a wheelchair. I would recammend them to anyone.

Excellent service from Woodbridge Team

As a Ford Privilege customer in Essex I have got to the point where I can’t even bear to walk into an Essex Ford dealer due to their appalling attitude and customer service and had been buying other brands, my wife who works for Ford was recommended to John Grose Woodbridge, I’ve just had my third car from Shaun and the Woodbridge team and as ever was treated like a valued customer and am really pleased with the service an after a 500 mile drive in the new car this weekend am very happy with the Fovus Active. For us it’s even well worth the hour and a bit drive from Essex to get the cars serviced, as well as knowing the service will be done properly theres the added benefit of a trip to the Adnams shop and Suffolk Food Hall on the way home. Throughly recommend the John Grose Woodbridge team, and it’s no wonder they get so much business from the Essex Fordies.

The service given as been very good…

The service given as been very good except for the vehicle being handed over with computer faults which have now been rectified by John Grose Lowestoft, In 10 days l will be taking the vehicle on a 200 plus mile jaunt each way and this will hopefully go without any glitches on route.

Jaime was very good. He was very helpful and friendly. He answered all my queries. He made sure everything went through smoothly. I struggled to get insurance and he helped me get some so I could drive away. Would recommend John Grose to my friends
