This is a challenging review, because I didn't get the car I ordered, but the company handled it really well. Probably more hassle than would be ideal, but I am happy with the car so far, and feel that the extras that were thrown in, to make up for the mistake, were very fair. I don't know what caused the error in the first place, so it is hard for me to comment on that.

The experience with John Grose was nothing but exceptional. Every question was answered promptly and deadlines were kept. Special thanks to James Hedge who helped me through the whole process of buying an electric car. For future buyers it would be useful to have a short guide on how an electric car differs from petrol, as it is not always obvious!

A friendly and personal experience from the word go, not at all pushy or overbearing which can be the case in some of the larger dealerships.. Ellie was very helpful and and particularly patient when explaining the tech that goes with cars these days. As a non local she led the way in her own car when I took a test drive, which allowed me to get a feel for the car without having the worry of getting lost. Email and phone contact throughout the purchase kept me fully informed.
