This is a challenging review, because I didn't get the car I ordered, but the company handled it really well. Probably more hassle than would be ideal, but I am happy with the car so far, and feel that the extras that were thrown in, to make up for the mistake, were very fair. I don't know what caused the error in the first place, so it is hard for me to comment on that.

We purchased a new Ford tourneo 9 seater vehicle from John Grose in Ipswich recently, Sam was the sales person taking care of the sale, he done a fantastic job from ordering to delivery of the vehicle, every part of the deal was carried out via telephone conversations and emails and when the delivery took place everything was as discussed.
