This is a challenging review, because I didn't get the car I ordered, but the company handled it really well. Probably more hassle than would be ideal, but I am happy with the car so far, and feel that the extras that were thrown in, to make up for the mistake, were very fair. I don't know what caused the error in the first place, so it is hard for me to comment on that.

I picked up my latest new Peugeot 2008 in Ipswich yesterday. The service I received from Gary Page was second to none throughout the whole experience as always. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I won't give Peugeot 5β as we bought a new e2008 only to find out on delivery they've deleted heated seats. Sounds nit picky but on an e. vehicle its important to use in preference to vehicle heating to save energy. What's more no Β£ refund for the omission. James Hedge at John Grose however gave wonderful service and was extremely patient with customer desires v real world availability. Always helpful always happy to help. Thanks chap, thanks John Grose.

The service from Corey Taylor was very professional. I found Corey to be polite, knowledgable and did strive towards giving me a better deal, beating the one I had from a different dealership. Regardless of whether or not I proceed with taking the deal from JohnGrose, I will remember how Corey exemplified the value of respect and a genuine desire to serve a customer to the best of his ability!

Just picked up the wifeβs new car from John Grose/Peugeot in Ipswich. Had dealings with Gary Page and 1st class service from start to finish. Communication from him was excellent and will be more than happy dealing with him in the future. If I can recommend him to everyone then please use him.

Excellent service. Car ordering with Jamie straight forward. No false promises. Arrived in about the timescale predicted. Spec as requested. Mobility additions by Ransomes all as requested. Follow up to see if all going OK. I can't fault anything so far.
