This is a challenging review, because I didn't get the car I ordered, but the company handled it really well. Probably more hassle than would be ideal, but I am happy with the car so far, and feel that the extras that were thrown in, to make up for the mistake, were very fair. I don't know what caused the error in the first place, so it is hard for me to comment on that.

Super impressed by the immaculate service and support provided by Luke all the way through our enjoyable experience of purchasing a used Puma ST from John Grose. I booked an appointment to test drive with John Grose based upon my experience of buying a Fiesta several years ago. You didn’t disappoint. Excellent information provided throughout enabled my Wife and I to choose the right vehicle for us and the added bonus was being able to part exchange our vehicle at a price better than that offered by a certain Mr Schofield ! Would highly recommend Luke to friends and family.

Wonderful salesman . James . Very helpful Not pushy answered all questions . I think I have chose wrong car . I find it very cramped and dangerous when reversing as once it is put into drive it still goes backwards which has caused a few near misses
