This is a challenging review, because I didn't get the car I ordered, but the company handled it really well. Probably more hassle than would be ideal, but I am happy with the car so far, and feel that the extras that were thrown in, to make up for the mistake, were very fair. I don't know what caused the error in the first place, so it is hard for me to comment on that.

I recently Bought my car fro Alex Read at John Grose in Lowestoft I have had a few cars with Alex now he’s always pleasant and very informative all the way through . All my family by cars with Alex he makes it such a pleasurable experience. Thanks Again Alex I love my car 😀
James was brilliant! He kept me updated every step of the way, was cheerful and a pleasure to deal with. Although there were some delays to my car being ready, I understood this was out of his control, and I appreciated being kept updated. I would definitely recommend!
I ordered my fiesta with James last September he was very helpful with the ordering process unfortunately through no faults of John grose there was quite a delay because of shortage of parts but James kept in touch with me with the updates . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend James and John Grose to family and friends . Andy who delivered my car was also very pleasant and helpful and went through all the controls on the car .
Josh and Will were absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to ensure the whole experience was as pain free and smooth as possible, they answered any queries promptly and in a way that filled me with confidence. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend John Grose to friends and family and will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you for all your help and my shiny new car.
Jack Keeling at your Woodbridge dealership has been amazing throughout the whole of our sales process, even though our vehicle was delayed he kept us regularly updated and answered any question I asked of him. The handover from Jack was perfect and he explained everything in detail and I felt completely confident driving the car away. Even when the taxi driver took us to the main Ipswich dealership in error, Terry from that site kindly drove us the 15 minutes to Woodbridge, if that's not testament to the service John Grose can offer I don't know what is!

My mark would have been 5 stars but I had to phone a couple of times to find out when my car would be delivered. Its frustrating when given a delivery date to then be told it would be later than expected. On the plus side I have had 5 new cars from you over the last ten years and I have nothing but praise for the attention I have received from your staff.
I'd like to recommend Gary Day at Lowestoft branch of John Grose. He sourced me a wonderful second hand Fiesta, which not only ticked all the boxes but actually exceeded my requirements. He was friendly and polite, and very responsive to communications via phone and email. I would certainly buy another car from him.
The second year running and John Grose of lowestoft have pissed me off . Car failed MOT .They could not get the part in for one to two weeks . No courtesy car for me to have . I live in halesworth, work as a carer. Car had a squeak on it .Still has it .they told me they could not heard it . Its so loud you can hear it over the radio . What sort of garage is this ???? I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone . In future I will be taking me Car else where .
