We had a wonderful holiday. We are however so frustrated by the lack of customer care at Cruise First, The description of our holiday we purchased through Cruise First did not match what we received. It was something quite trivial but as a result of the way we have been treated we now feel very aggrieved. We have spoken to four travel consultants on the phone who all seem to want to pass the issue onto someone else. We have sent several emails, the last one more than three weeks ago and still not heard from the Company. In future we will always try to book with the Scottish Cruise Centre, Cruise118 or Bolsover Cruise Club who have always been accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.
