This is a challenging review, because I didn't get the car I ordered, but the company handled it really well. Probably more hassle than would be ideal, but I am happy with the car so far, and feel that the extras that were thrown in, to make up for the mistake, were very fair. I don't know what caused the error in the first place, so it is hard for me to comment on that.

I find John Grose most helpful, as I have found in the past. Have kept me informed of when the delivery of the car was going to be. If there was any problems they informed me. Arron Muckle was very good of any information which he sent by email or by telephone. And as I was in hospital at the time of.which I should have collected the car, Arron was very helpful, and delivered the car at my address, of which helped my wife of the responsibility of collecting the car.
Absolutely delighted with our new Kuga from John Grose, Ipswich. Jack was a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole order process, making it a smooth and pleasant transaction. He kept us regularly updated with developments along the way and nothing was ever to much trouble, always responding to any question raised the same day. This is our second car purchased from Jack at John Grose and we felt it was well worth the 300 mile round trip as we feel they are the best Ford dealership around, to such an extend we will no doubt be contacting John Grose in 2-3 years time to purchase our next car. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Jack/John Grose for any Ford vehicle requirements.

We do get quite fond of our cars, one was 20, the other 16 years old. It was time for their retirement, like their owners. We were approached by Liam Budgen who offered his help and advice. We fell for a ruby red Ford Puma which made changing our loyal oldies much easier. Liam is an asset to John Grose. He was informative, helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
