This is a challenging review, because I didn't get the car I ordered, but the company handled it really well. Probably more hassle than would be ideal, but I am happy with the car so far, and feel that the extras that were thrown in, to make up for the mistake, were very fair. I don't know what caused the error in the first place, so it is hard for me to comment on that.

I would agree with my husband, that if excellent service is 5 stars - John Grose at Diss are 6 stars! We have had the longest wait, I guess, for delivery of our Motability Galaxy. We ordered it in Feb and collected it 6 weeks ago. We cannot thank the Diss branch enough. Stuart Lambert kept us informed

Spoke to Evan when I was looking to purchase my van and he was knowledgeable about the vans and was not pushy in any way. I had looked at different vans round the country but it was his professional attitude that made me stay local when I had the choice of similar vans. The handover was comprehensive and all the information I needed was given including helping setup the phone connection. Highly recommended.
