Absolutely delighted with our new Kuga from John Grose, Ipswich. Jack was a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole order process, making it a smooth and pleasant transaction. He kept us regularly updated with developments along the way and nothing was ever to much trouble, always responding to any question raised the same day. This is our second car purchased from Jack at John Grose and we felt it was well worth the 300 mile round trip as we feel they are the best Ford dealership around, to such an extend we will no doubt be contacting John Grose in 2-3 years time to purchase our next car.
