This is a challenging review

This is a challenging review, because I didn't get the car I ordered, but the company handled it really well. Probably more hassle than would be ideal, but I am happy with the car so far, and feel that the extras that were thrown in, to make up for the mistake, were very fair. I don't know what caused the error in the first place, so it is hard for me to comment on that.

I've been a customer at John Grose…

I've been a customer at John Grose Ipswich for the last 9 years and can't fault the service that I have had in that time. For the last 6 years I have had the pleasure of dealing with James Honeywood, and this is the third car that I have bought through him. It has been a big step for me this year due to the Fiesta being discontinued (it's all I've ever driven) as I was unsure that I could step into a Puma. James was his usually helpful, and experienced self, and went through all the possible options I had to be able to manage the change. It's been great to be able to deal with the same person in all those years as you develop a friendly, understanding, and professional relationship that certainly makes it 'less scary' when you a making the biggest purchase you have ever made.

First class service

We were extremely impressed with Ryan who dealt with our purchase. It was so refreshing to be helped through this process with such an efficient, professional and knowledgeable person such as Ryan who was very pleasant to deal with throughout. As a result we would not hesitate to deal with him at John Grose at Woodbridge again. At the start of our interest in making this purchase, we previously spoke to other Ford dealers who were inefficient, unhelpful and who didn’t appear to be interested in our enquiries.

Excellent service from James @John Grose

Excellent service from James @John Grose. Kept us informed for the point of purchase back in December to the point of collection. He was able to talk us through completion of all forms which made the transfer from our old vehicle to our new vehicle seamless. We have been using John Grose for over a decade now to buy our new cars and wouldn't dream of buying elsewhere.
