This is a challenging review

This is a challenging review, because I didn't get the car I ordered, but the company handled it really well. Probably more hassle than would be ideal, but I am happy with the car so far, and feel that the extras that were thrown in, to make up for the mistake, were very fair. I don't know what caused the error in the first place, so it is hard for me to comment on that.

Very good attentive swervice

From the first contact I had with Matt I found him very helpful, he sent me a personalised video showing the car I was interested in and discussed different finance options. A sale was agreed and I took delivery of the car on Friday 21/03/25. Peter who delivered the car was very friendly and helpful. The whole experience was straight forward and stress free!

I found the service from John Grose Group excellent from initial contact to hand over of the car. Terry Harvey the new car sales executive who dealt with our purchase was very helpful and over 5 months from original order to picking up the car kept us informed very regular of the progress of the cars production and availability. I was not surprised because this was my second purchase and travel 160 miles from the midlands because of the 5 star service

Really helpful

Julian (Des) at Ipswich was really helpful and explained everything very clearly about the 5008 and the options that were available. The only reason we did not purchase from John Grose Group is because an alternative car was available elsewhere with the specifications we required sooner than Des was able to secure
