This is a challenging review, because I didn't get the car I ordered, but the company handled it really well. Probably more hassle than would be ideal, but I am happy with the car so far, and feel that the extras that were thrown in, to make up for the mistake, were very fair. I don't know what caused the error in the first place, so it is hard for me to comment on that.

I had to wait 11 months for my new car. Not an unusual story in today’s world. Aaron kept in touch with me at regular periods over this time, even if it was to just reassure me that I hadn’t been forgotten. When the car did arrive, everything happened very quickly and smoothly. The on-line process was easy, no hassle, managed it all on my phone. When the delivery crew brought the car to me, I found them to be very experienced, polite and professional and helped for a very smooth transition.
