I had to wait 11 months for my new car
I had to wait 11 months for my new car. Not an unusual story in today’s world. Aaron kept in touch with me at regular periods over this time, even if it was to just reassure me that I hadn’t been forgotten. When the car did arrive, everything happened very quickly and smoothly. The on-line process was easy, no hassle, managed it all on my phone. When the delivery crew brought the car to me, I found them to be very experienced, polite and professional and helped for a very smooth transition. I would definitely recommend John Grose, not just to friends and family, but to anybody considering them for a new car. Thank you to everybody at John Grose for a fantastic experience!
