This is a challenging review, because I didn't get the car I ordered, but the company handled it really well. Probably more hassle than would be ideal, but I am happy with the car so far, and feel that the extras that were thrown in, to make up for the mistake, were very fair. I don't know what caused the error in the first place, so it is hard for me to comment on that.

During the purchasing process of ordering and receiving a new Kuga hybrid car ( which started just before the first Lockdown in 2020) we have found John Grose customer service to be exemplary. They kept us up to date and informed . They were knowledgeable and patient in talking through our options especially with regard to the hybrid model. They made the administration of documents very clear and manageable. The handover of the vehicle was brilliant… not just informed but also extremely patient and kind!!
Stuart the John Grose salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He made us feel at ease and was not pushy at all.Also gave us a very fair price for our trade in. Our new car was explained to us in great detail when we collected it. I would recommend this dealership to anyone

After finding an appropriate car on their website I contacted the dealership and was guided to Alex Read,we discussed the vehicle we wanted and Alex came up with an excellent deal that also took my PX too! We decided to collect our new car and on arrival we were politely greeted by Alex and completed the deal. From the outset Alex was brilliant,extremely polite and professional and kept us updated with all information,not only was it a pleasure to speak to him but equally when we met him on handover of our new Focus ST Line. I highly recommend John Grose as a dealership and also Alex Read a true gentleman.
