This is a challenging review, because I didn't get the car I ordered, but the company handled it really well. Probably more hassle than would be ideal, but I am happy with the car so far, and feel that the extras that were thrown in, to make up for the mistake, were very fair. I don't know what caused the error in the first place, so it is hard for me to comment on that.

Brilliant service from John Grose at Woodbridge. Friendly, very understanding and helpful. I needed a new tyre after suffering a non repairable puncture. They obtained and fitted a new tyre the very next day, and my car was returned sparkling clean with it's new tyre. Outstanding service! Thank you.

I dealt with Gary from John Grose Kia Lowestoft who couldn't have been more friendly or helpful when I bought my Kia Rio. I'm young and not overly familiar with purchasing cars and he was so helpful in explaining everything thoroughly. During and after my initial phone call he was always on the end of the phone to answer any questions and immediately sent a video tour of the car so I could see it in more detail. He made the process so easy and exciting. I was travelling quite a long way to purchase the car and Gary went to great lengths to make sure everything was ready for me and my long journey home. I really couldn't recommend Gary enough. Really excellent experience from start to finish.

This was my first purchase through John Grose and they have gone above and beyond especially when changing my order multiple times prior to build date. All documents were signed online which improves effeciency and reduces time on the day of vehicle pickup. With all the issues facing the industry at the moment I was kept updated by Jack even at weekends on a regular basis which required no chasing or effort on my part which was great. They are not my local dealer as they are a 300mile roundtrip but have secured my business for my next vehicles by providing outstanding customer service.
