This is a challenging review

This is a challenging review, because I didn't get the car I ordered, but the company handled it really well. Probably more hassle than would be ideal, but I am happy with the car so far, and feel that the extras that were thrown in, to make up for the mistake, were very fair. I don't know what caused the error in the first place, so it is hard for me to comment on that.

The salesperson wasn't pushy during the pre-order stage and they were clearly well informed of the available specifications. They kept me updated without the need for prompting while waiting for my car to be delivered. The handover was all that I could have asked for. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again for any future purchase.

Kuga dream.

When I walked into the showroom in Lowestoft and met Alex Reid the salesman I immediately felt comfortable and relaxed. Alex arranged a test drive and answered all my questions in a very professional and informative way. To date the John Grose experience has been very good and long may it continue.

My new Car. I was very impressed with the Salesman

I was very impressed with the Salesman, Alex Read. He was kind, clear and easily understood. He explained all aspects of EV's and helped us choose what might be suitable for me being disabled. The whole experience was a delight & I am very happy with my Ford Explorer.
