This is a challenging review, because I didn't get the car I ordered, but the company handled it really well. Probably more hassle than would be ideal, but I am happy with the car so far, and feel that the extras that were thrown in, to make up for the mistake, were very fair. I don't know what caused the error in the first place, so it is hard for me to comment on that.

The car is excellent. Road tested we thought a lot about this vehicle could have been demonstrated better. Communication initially was poor we had to chase them to purchase the vehicle etc Follow up between purchase and delivery was sparse. They did the job but could have shown more enthusiasm and professionalism. Perhaps my expectations are too high.

I have used John Grose Ford Ipswich for many years, I have purchased new and used Ford cars and used their service department. I recently purchased a new Ford Puma ST Line X, the salesman was very professional and took time to explain the details of the sale, but at the same time was friendly and very helpful. The same salesman sold me my previous car. Each time, there was no pressure to buy at all. All the staff in the showroom were lovely, friendly and helpful. I certainly wouldn't go anywhere else.

The salesman was prompt and courteous in his responses to us. He quickly realised that our interest in cars was purely that we wanted to get from A to B and therefore he did not inundate us with irrelevant facts. The car was ready when we were told it was ready, he ran through the key points of the car and answered our questions. Our salesman was able to judge what we needed to know against what he wanted us to know - a great quality. And he was an Arsenal fan so naturally this endeared him to me instantly.

Both myself and wife have purchased new cars with John grose Ipswich since 2021. No hard sales. Very relaxed. Upfront with costs and no apparent game playing. Love the car. Our salesman since 2023 has been James Honeywood. Great salesman Always remembers us when we pop in. Friendly and easy to understand. Hope to continue with our custom here. Prices have gone through the roof in last couple years so catering to your customers has never been so important.
