This is a challenging review, because I didn't get the car I ordered, but the company handled it really well. Probably more hassle than would be ideal, but I am happy with the car so far, and feel that the extras that were thrown in, to make up for the mistake, were very fair. I don't know what caused the error in the first place, so it is hard for me to comment on that.

After a bad experience with a salesman in a different dealership, we contacted Stuart at John Grose to help us upgrade our car. Stuart was extremely helpful and professional at all times and made the whole process really easy and straightforward for us. As a busy family with 2 small children we really appreciated how accommodating Stuart was throughout, he even helped us with moving the car seats across on the day we collected our new car. He was a true gentleman and we would highly recommend.
