This is a challenging review, because I didn't get the car I ordered, but the company handled it really well. Probably more hassle than would be ideal, but I am happy with the car so far, and feel that the extras that were thrown in, to make up for the mistake, were very fair. I don't know what caused the error in the first place, so it is hard for me to comment on that.
A big thanks to Stuart at Woodbridge ford dealer, He went above and beyond to explain everything to us about our new cars control panel ,as it was different to what we were used to ,when we picked up the new car he even gave us his card incase we needed to contact him over the weekend about anything we couldn't understand ,he also recommended areas to stay for the weekend in Suffolk ,we had an amazing time in our new car ,thanks again Stuart

A great enjoyable experience buying used car. Was in the market for a used electric car and suitable option came up at John Grose Kia, and following a trip out popped in to discuss test drive. Lukan was exceptionally helpful and knowledgable and organised a test drive for me on a couple of cars, and when I had made my mind up on selection, went thought any issues or questions I had and arranged for some additional work to be completed prior to handover. I was kept updated on the whole process during the period, and when I picked up the car it was straightforward and easy, and I'm very happy with my choice. Would definitely recommend

Having a disability really knocks my confidence and I find it very challenging at times. I was nervous about changing my car, explaining my needs etc.. From the moment James Honeywood introduced himself, I felt completely at ease. He was so kind and friendly. He explained everything to me, letting me ask as many questions as I wanted. I never felt rushed. James was very understanding and extremely patient with me. He made the whole experience enjoyable. I decided on another Puma, as I absolutely love them! James kept me updated at all times about when my new car would be ready and making sure I had all the relevant paperwork I would need. I didn't wait long at all! I picked my new,blue puma up yesterday!! 15th of May. Again I was nervous, I told James that the day before. Again, he made sure I was comfortable and completely at ease. He sat in my new car with me and went through everything! Sorting all the radio stations for me, setting up my phone link to my car. He knew I was worried about driving new car and getting home,so he programmed my sat nav, so I literally just had to get in and go. I had a steering ball attached to steering wheel,to make driving easier. James suggested this and he was right! He really thought of all my needs, he genuinely cared and wanted to make sure. I've given 5 stars from start to finish! Deservedly so! This is my second mobility car from Ford and I highly recommend them. I wouldn't go anywhere else! I always find their staff so friendly and helpful. I'm thrilled with my new puma! Lovely car! But most of all I thank James for giving me the confidence. He's a real asset for the company. 😊
