Having a disability really knocks my confidence and I find it very challenging at times. I was nervous about changing my car, explaining my needs etc.. From the moment James Honeywood introduced himself, I felt completely at ease. He was so kind and friendly. He explained everything to me, letting me ask as many questions as I wanted. I never felt rushed. James was very understanding and extremely patient with me. He made the whole experience enjoyable. I decided on another Puma, as I absolutely love them! James kept me updated at all times about when my new car would be ready and making sure I had all the relevant paperwork I would need. I didn't wait long at all! I picked my new,blue puma up yesterday!! 15th of May. Again I was nervous, I told James that the day before. Again, he made sure I was comfortable and completely at ease. He sat in my new car with me and went through everything! Sorting all the radio stations for me, setting up my phone link to my car. He knew I was worried about driving new car and getting home,so he programmed my sat nav, so I literally just had to get in and go. I had a steering ball attached to steering wheel,to make driving easier. James suggested this and he was right! He really thought of all my needs, he genuinely cared and wanted to make sure. I've given 5 stars from start to finish! Deservedly so! This is my second mobility car from Ford and I highly recommend them. I wouldn't go anywhere else! I always find their staff so friendly and helpful. I'm thrilled with my new puma! Lovely car! But most of all I thank James for giving me the confidence. He's a real asset for the company. π
