I recently purchased a Jaecoo 7 and had the pleasure of dealing with Luca throughout the entire process. From start to finish, Luca was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained every detail clearly, and made sure I was comfortable with each step of the purchase. This is a challenging review

This is a challenging review, because I didn't get the car I ordered, but the company handled it really well. Probably more hassle than would be ideal, but I am happy with the car so far, and feel that the extras that were thrown in, to make up for the mistake, were very fair. I don't know what caused the error in the first place, so it is hard for me to comment on that.

Lies led to dangerous lies

We were told on purchasing the vehicle ( C5 aircross e) that the electronic features of the vehicle were not all functional and that Citroen would complete this over the air due to parts being unavailable on a global level. Despite complaining on numerous occasions I was told they would come on if I drove the car enough. This never happened and to my misfortune I found out on both a physical level and through inside info that this included safety features. The remaining parts of my car bare witness. On complaining to the dealer that the safety features didn't work I was told I would get no help from Citroen but to bring the car in to make sure everything had now been switched on and was working properly before taking permanent accuisition again. I don't for one minute expect after what I have found out about Citroen for this to be printed or for me to be offered help by Citroen as I am only one Muppet who paid Β£39000 up front for a defective car but believe me I will be heard if I don't.

Excellent Sales Service.

Excellent Sales Service. I went to John Grose Peugeout to test drive the new 408. Salesman Benjamin Seaton was excellent all the way through. We were treated with respect and politeness. When we ordered the New 408 we were told it would take time. We were kept informed and in September recieved the car. I can only compliment John Grose and Benjamin Seaton with the highest esteem. Well done and would recommend John Grose Ipswich to anyone.
