Lies led to dangerous lies
We were told on purchasing the vehicle ( C5 aircross e) that the electronic features of the vehicle were not all functional and that Citroen would complete this over the air due to parts being unavailable on a global level. Despite complaining on numerous occasions I was told they would come on if I drove the car enough. This never happened and to my misfortune I found out on both a physical level and through inside info that this included safety features. The remaining parts of my car bare witness. On complaining to the dealer that the safety features didn't work I was told I would get no help from Citroen but to bring the car in to make sure everything had now been switched on and was working properly before taking permanent accuisition again. I don't for one minute expect after what I have found out about Citroen for this to be printed or for me to be offered help by Citroen as I am only one Muppet who paid £39000 up front for a defective car but believe me I will be heard if I don't.
