I’ve been sent totally wrong item I can’t return the mistake is laughable can’t get through to anyone store can’t help either as instead of a £105 pair of trainers ive got a item valued about £10 and store can’t help as ordered online

Ordered trainers and paid for next day…

Ordered trainers and paid for next day delivery, they still haven't been shipped after nearly 2 weeks, with the Evri tracking link just showing that they are still expecting the item from JD Sports. Filled out their customer service contact form twice over the past few weeks and heard nothing back, had to call up just now and wait on hold for 45mins to speak with someone to get the order cancelled.

Just been over to JD sports in foss…

Just been over to JD sports in foss park Leicester what an irritating shop that is loud head banging noise coming from the speakers so loud you couldn’t hear yourself think so we left without spending never to return, even some of the staff said it was too loud

False advertisement

Hi. I already contact the costumer services from JD and looks like my complain is been ignored. There is an item available in the website but when I try to pay shows out of stock. The item is available for weeks and after shows out of stock. This is a false advertisement, cause shows a very nice item for a good price and is not available for sale. I would like to purchase this item. I have the print screens If you guys can reply my complain and help me with my query

Do not order from JD Sports online. Terrible customer service

Do not order from JD Sports online. Order "dispatched" over a week ago but still not delivered, I've checked courier and they are waiting for it to arrive. Have contacted Customer Service multiple times only to be ignored. I would not recommend ordering from JD Sport.

JD is one of my favourite stores

JD is one of my favourite stores, but my first online order has been incredibly disappointing. Thursday: I ordered clothes and trainers as a birthday gift and selected same-day click and collect before 2pm. No collection notification ever arrived, and stores had closed by the time I checked. Friday: I was told the order was split in two and I’d be notified when each part arrived. I assumed half would come Friday, the rest Saturday - wrong! Saturday: At 4pm, I was told part of the order was ready. I didn’t collect it as the trainers the main item still weren’t ready, and the store is 30 minutes away so only want to do a single trip. Sunday & Monday: No updates. Tuesday: Called customer service and after a 50-minute wait on hold I was told the trainers had been cancelled due to no stock (but I’d never been notified, she apologised but confirm a refund was already on way). I asked for the full order to be cancelled, as the items are in stock at my local JD five minutes away. Thursday (today): Still no refund for the cancelled trainers or the rest of the order. This has been a complete failure of the online ordering system. The gifts are now late, and I don’t even have the refund to repurchase locally.

Difficile de joindre le service client par tel

Si vous voulez joindre le service client, alors il faut s’armer de patience. Car je l’ai eu qu’après plus de 30 tentatives d’appel. Aussi changer de fournisseur de livraison Colissimo car pas de tout fiable!!

WAARDELOOS!

Ik heb ze vaak kansen gegeven maar het is alweer mis gegaan. Hoe moeilijk kan het zijn allemaal??? Maat 37,5 besteld (de allerlaatste van de webshop in een mooie sale prijs), wat krijg ik binnen? Maat 38. Wat denk je? 37,5 natuurlijk niet meer te verkrijgen. En bedankt he! Echt waardeloos.

Nightclub level music volume - horrendous

Called in the Fosse Park Store this morning. I thought I'd stepped into a night club. The music was so loud I couldn't hear myself think. Didn't get to trying anything on as had to leave. Just awful. Horrible experience.
