Ordered trainers and paid for next day…

Ordered trainers and paid for next day delivery, they still haven't been shipped after nearly 2 weeks, with the Evri tracking link just showing that they are still expecting the item from JD Sports. Filled out their customer service contact form twice over the past few weeks and heard nothing back, had to call up just now and wait on hold for 45mins to speak with someone to get the order cancelled.

Unhöflich und inkompetent !!! Legen einfach auf, weil ich etwas zahlen soll was ich nicht bekommen habe und einen Nachweis wollte, dass ich mit dem Kundenservice das Problem telefonisch klären wollte. Können die Zahlung angeblich nicht bei Klarna pausieren, während Nachforschungen betrieben werden. Kunde bleibt somit auf Kosten sitzen die er nicht verursacht hat !!!!!

Title: Absolutely Unacceptable Customer Service Over Address Issue I placed an order with JD Sports (No. 181405895) and accidentally mistyped the postcode — one single extra letter. The rest of the address was 100% correct and clearly pointed to London. Within minutes of placing the order, I contacted JD Sports by both phone and email to correct it before dispatch. They refused. No effort, no escalation, just a cold “we can’t change anything” excuse. As a result, the parcel was sent to Newcastle, a completely wrong city. Now, I have to wait for the parcel to return and process a refund — all because of customer service negligence. JD Sports clearly prioritises rigid process over common sense and customer satisfaction. I won’t be ordering again. [UPDATE AFTER COMPANY REPLY] JD Sports responded with a generic, copy-paste message — completely ignoring the core issue. I had already contacted customer service within minutes of placing my order, both by phone and email, clearly asking them to correct a minor postcode typo. They refused to help. Now, after all the frustration, delays, and effort I went through to get this fixed, their response here is beyond insulting. It shows zero accountability, zero ownership, and zero customer care. Just another empty PR line to save face. Let me be crystal clear: this is one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in the UK. The fact that such a large retailer can't fix a simple one-letter error — even when warned early — is absolutely disgraceful. I will never order from JD Sports again and will strongly advise others to do the same.

A la atención de: Dirección de Atención al Cliente, Quiero expresarle una queja relacionada con su personal. Estimados/as, Les escribo para presentar una queja formal por el trato absolutamente inaceptable que recibí en la tienda JD situada dentro del Eroski de Málaga, el lunes 12 de mayo a las 13:00 h. Ese día acudí con mi mujer y mis tres hijas una de ellas bebé en carrito, y las otras de 5 y 7 años con la intención de comprar dos pares de zapatillas, Al solicitar que me sacaran ambos pares para probármelos, el empleado me respondió que no se pueden sacar los dos porque me los puedo robar. Esta afirmación, además de ser ofensiva y completamente inapropiada, fue dicha con una actitud carente de empatía y profesionalismo. Le pregunté que si iba a dejar escapar una venta por no poder probarse los dos pares, mi mujer necesita probarse los dos, su respuesta fue me da igual, le contesté se nota que no eres el dueño, me dijo tú tampoco lo eres no??pues venga hasta luego. El que parecía ser el encargado creo que escuché Dani un joven con barba se despidió con un hasta luego en tono irónico y provocador, mirándome de forma desafiante y dejándome en evidencia delante de otros clientes y de mis hijas de 5 y 7 años, lo cual me pareció especialmente grave. El trato que recibimos fue indignante, sin respeto ni educación por parte de ningún miembro del personal presente. Como cliente habitual de JD, me siento profundamente decepcionado. Les pido encarecidamente que revisen la actitud y comportamiento del equipo de esa tienda, ya que ninguno mostró un mínimo de amabilidad ni profesionalidad. Esta experiencia fue humillante y frustrante.

JD Sports har ikke returneret mine 1700 kr – ingen svar! Jeg bestilte varer hos JD Sports og returnerede min ordre den 13. april 2025 via ReBOUND med MyPack Släppa av. Jeg skulle have fået 1.700 kr tilbage, men nu er der gået over en måned, og jeg har stadig ikke modtaget nogen tilbagebetaling. Jeg har forsøgt at kontakte JD Sports flere gange, men de svarer ikke – hverken via e-mail eller kundeservice. Det er helt umuligt at få fat på dem, og jeg føler mig ignoreret som kunde. JD Sports holder på mine penge, selvom jeg har returneret varerne korrekt. Det føles som bevidst snyd, og det her er en meget skuffende oplevelse. Jeg vil stærkt advare andre mod at handle hos JD Sports, indtil de begynder at tage ansvar for deres kunders rettigheder
