I’ve been sent totally wrong item I can’t return the mistake is laughable can’t get through to anyone store can’t help either as instead of a £105 pair of trainers ive got a item valued about £10 and store can’t help as ordered online

Ordered trainers and paid for next day…

Ordered trainers and paid for next day delivery, they still haven't been shipped after nearly 2 weeks, with the Evri tracking link just showing that they are still expecting the item from JD Sports. Filled out their customer service contact form twice over the past few weeks and heard nothing back, had to call up just now and wait on hold for 45mins to speak with someone to get the order cancelled.

JD sport mist transparantie

Schoenen gekocht, alleen maar een bevestiging ontvangen en meer niet. In tegenstelling tot concurrenten welke wel snel kunnen leveren kan dit bedrijf het niet, evenals communiceren. Per mail een vraag ingediend en uiteindelijk een standaard antwoord gekregen welke in nog wel met een bepaald lichaamsdeel had kunnen bedenken. Na dit antwoord opgeschaald en toen kreeg ik een soortgelijk antwoord. Mijn probleem omtrent de slechte communicatie word op deze site ook nog eens bevestigd, lees eens alle reacties van JD Sport die ze op onderstaande reviews geven; deze zijn allemaal hetzelfde! En ook nog steeds geen duidelijkheid omtrent mijn bestelling. JD sports is geen transparant bestand en zal ik dan ook niet aanraden, tevens was dit mijn eerste en Laatste bestelling bij JD sport. Update: zoals ik al eerder zei, zie het antwoord van JD sport hieronder, hetzelfde als alle voorgaande en uiteraard heb de 3e maal hetzelfde antwoord via de mail gekregen. 1 ster is nog teveel!

Great Range and Fast Delivery!

I’ve had consistently good experiences with JD Sports, both in-store and online. Their range of branded sportswear and trainers is excellent — always up to date with the latest releases. Online orders arrive quickly and are well-packaged. I’ve also found their customer service helpful the couple of times I had to make returns — smooth and hassle-free. JD is definitely one of my go-to retailers for anything sporty or casual!

Slechte kwaliteit schoenen retour

Ik heb adidas spezial schoentjes voor mijn dochtertje gekocht, waarbij na 2 keer dragen, de elastische veter los is geraakt en volledig ontrafeld waardoor de schoentjes niet meer te dragen zijn. De klittenband sluiting ging ook telkens los bij dragen. Ik heb via mail contact opgenomen, foto’s gestuurd en alle informatie gegeven (Je kan zien aan de zool dat ze bijna niet gedragen zijn). Oplossing: Ik kan of naar de winkel (die 40 minuten hier vandaan is) of ik krijg 30% korting op mijn product: die niet meer draagbaar is! Toen ik vroeg of ze me kunnen garanderen de service te bieden als ik de moeite neem om naar de winkel in Eindhoven te gaan, kreeg ik niet eens een reactie terug. Ik vind dat ze de mogelijkheid moeten bieden de schoenen per post te retourneren, dit is toch absurd.

UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY- NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER

terrible customer service, THEY ARE USELESS, terrible next day courier service. DO NOT USE. STAY WELL CLEAR THEY USE EVRI PAID FOR NEXT DAY, ETA 9.30AM - 10.30AM THEN AT 10.30AM CHANGED ETA TO 5PM-6PM TO BUSINESS ADDRESS... WE CLOSED THEN!!! THEN EXPECT ME TO WALK TO THE NEAREST PARCEL SHOP!!!! I CANT WALK THERE... IVE PAID FOR DLEIVERY. SO WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR TAXI'S TO COLLECT. I PAID FOR NEXT DAY AS NEEDED NEXT DAY NOT 3 DAY SERVICE. DISGUSTING SERVICE. WONT USE THESE MUPPETS AGAIN.

Bought some shorts with jd sports with…

Bought some shorts with jd sports with a hole in went back to change them got man handled and threatened when jd staff went for me I then punched him as a big spender at jd this is appalling I also had a manager talk down to me as I was buying clothes looking down on me all sorts it’s now been 36 days since I sent my shorts to the returns address not heard nothing back just been on the phone to jd customer service and they have refunded me it in gift card with no comp or resolution to what is happening with there staff that got hands on no update on anything this is why the rich stay rich and the poor stay poor multi million pound company and there robbing people no wonder Robin Hood did what he did scum the lot of em

HOLD JER VÆK. Med mindre at i er sikre på at i ikke skal returnere jeres køb, så hold jer langt væk. Kundeservice stinker langt væk. Jeg har købt et par sko som jeg sender direkte retur. Det er nu flere uger siden, og jeg har ikke hørt fra JD sports endnu. Jeg har udfyldt deres blanket på deres hjemmeside. Deres telefonnummer virker ikke i hverken århus eller københavns afdeling. Bruuns galleri fortalte at jeg skulle skrive en mail til bruuns galleri, som de så vil sende videre. Jeg har stadig ikke hørt et ord tilbage. Forfærdelig kundeservice.

Don’t shop here they are looking for excuses to avoid exchanges or refunds…

Just been to exchange a pair of unworn trainers at the Llandudno store. They refused to exchange them on the basis that there was a mark on the sole - dust or something. I had not even been out of the bedroom and I don’t think I’d put both of them on at the same time. They said I must have worn them outside, when I insisted that I had not been out of the bedroom, they didn’t like my attitude and said that didn’t make them feel like helping me. I only wanted an exchange for the 6.5s. I am completely amazed that this kind of service still exists. Awful store with awful staff.

I ordered nearly £200 worth of items!

I ordered nearly £200 worth of items, EVRI have left and dumped my parcel not even at my address and the claims of JD are point blank refusing to issue a refund!! Do not order from these scumbags!!! I will continue to leave bad reviews until I get my money back!!! I’ve paid to you frauds for absolutely no reason because I do not have my items!!! I would not waste your money because if the courier misplace your parcel or loose it you will not get refunded UPDATE - I’ve already contacted JD customer service and JD claims team. I WANT MY REFUND!
