Had a company come out asked me to call IWNL. I called them, spoke to Heath. Who resolved our issue, put us back onto water-sure and gave a proper professional service. Can't ask to be dealt with by a better chap. Well done Heath, IWNL give this man a raise.
I've paid monthly for 18 months, this month they've sent me a bill but not taken into consideration the monthly payments I made the last 2 months. Which I can prove as they're on my bank statement. I've paid £80+ they are saying I owe them just over £60. So that would suggest that actually they owe me.
I AM UNABLE TO READ MY METER. I HAVE ADVISED THEM BUT NOT RECEIVED A REPLY.
Consistently very poor communications. All they are interested in is your money. It look a f.you attitude. Can this company get this right. Thieves and scammers. You only have to read what people have who worked for them.
Did they get the licence through back handers to OFWAT ?.

How can a company with over 2 million lie to customers
How can a company with over 2 million customers get away with blatant lies and misinformation it feed to its customers. Customers don’t have a choice of water supplier so the customers they serve are basically abused and lied to I have all the evidence of the lies but still they continue.AVOID BUYING A HOUSE THAT IS SERVED BY THIS COMPANY
Water outrage. No further comms when this are done. Theyr solution was providing water to distressed people and in need. What about us? Should we go ahead and buy water bottle? Since we already pay for expensive water.

We follow all guidelines that are set out by the regulatory body OFWAT, In a incident where a water outage occurs bottles water is not normally provided for 24 hours. We aim to have a provision of water to the area within 12 hours. That is for all customers, if customer have vulnerabilities that mean they are not able to go out a collect the water, we deliver a supply to their property.
I am sure their CEO is worth every penny to ensure a level of decent access to water, but the gest will had go long way for the company. But profits are profits, no point in dwelling on.

Awful, awful, awful, awful, evil company.
Refuse to fix water pressure issue even with a pregnant woman and toddler in the house, what if my toddler gets a burn and we need to run the cold tap and there's no water due to the pressure or we need to feed the newborn baby but can't get access to water ? They literally do not care one single bit.
I've never hated a company so much in my life.

Shit place to work for. They will bully you unless you tow the company line and don't make waves which is impossible if they want any feedback at all. Would never work for this company again or th parent company of BUUK total nightmare 2 years of my life.
Exemplary service levels from IWNL today. Reported a loss of water at 4am, received a follow up call within the hour outlining what was happening, and a further two calls during the near 12 hour outage - one advising when they expected the water to be back on, and the second advising they were delivering bottled water to the area. All calls were from very friendly staff members. We live on a new development which is serviced by IWNL, but the majority of the village is served by Anglia Water - Anglia Water didn’t provide their customers with any water during the lengthy outage.

Avoid having 2 separate water management companies
These are just my fresh water and my sewage with seven Trent which is more for some reason? I have been asking for the last 2 years to find my water meter and will not follow through. I have cancelled direct debits for both accounts as am moving out in June so will not be paying estimates. I would avoid having 2 separate water management companies. Awful!
