Not even close to what reviews are

The whole process was delayed! We’ve went with them as the current developer not going to name names, suggested they work with them. We’ve ofc had to pay in advance for a service…sent out documents, 4 weeks later L K Team has not replied or acknowledge emails. I’ve explained I’ve got overseas money, no one cared. Until I’ve made an informal complaint things stated to move….on my money, on our time the whole process just stood still 5 weeks within initial start! Cherry on top we have paid up to 75% of the bill which would mean upon completion we’d pay 25%. That was not the case we had other costs added in at 100% in the last bill like passport check, etc which were the initial thing checked when we started. We ended up paying more that the average, as I’ve had to translate documents the next day so I can get the ball rolling. You cannot just add costs at end of the bill when we paid 75% of ur initial costs! When I’ve raise this- I haven’t gottten a reply just they you need to pay, as we done exchange and there was no turning back! Unsure how other people had a great service - I for once! Never been contacted by them - as I see they do when complaints are raised! Never had an explanation about the 100% added cost to a 75% of what we already paid. We were never made aware that completion will have a service charge to pay in advance…just surprise on the last bill.

Water outrage

Water outrage. No further comms when this are done. Theyr solution was providing water to distressed people and in need. What about us? Should we go ahead and buy water bottle? Since we already pay for expensive water. Henry from customer services reply: We follow all guidelines that are set out by the regulatory body OFWAT, In a incident where a water outage occurs bottles water is not normally provided for 24 hours. We aim to have a provision of water to the area within 12 hours. That is for all customers, if customer have vulnerabilities that mean they are not able to go out a collect the water, we deliver a supply to their property. I am sure their CEO is worth every penny to ensure a level of decent access to water, but the gest will had go long way for the company. But profits are profits, no point in dwelling on.
