Katie and Flora were exceptionally good. They both took the time to explain everything I didn’t understand. They was both helpful and accommodating. They was always able to help me with anything I needed. They were flexible with my schedule and communicated with me well.
My claim started over 3 and a half years ago. Deborah and her associates have been incredible since day 1, always very patient with myself and the communication was impeccable, if I ever needed clarification on any matter they were outstanding in explaining in a way I understood. Ross McWilliams has been outstanding dealing with a complex medical negligence case in relation to my partner having an anoxic brain injury caused by out of hospital cardiac arrest. From the very beginning, Alexis Tulloch, our appointed solicitor, and her team showed not only professionalism but genuine compassion and understanding for the incident that had left my husband with a brain injury. She recognized the immense physical and emotional toll this incident had taken on our lives.
