I accidentally ordered the wrong item and when I contacted Internet Ink, the company offered to take back the order. I have used the company for many years. The product and service has always been good, but this experience raises it to another level/

Long term purchaser

Patchy quality and average customer service
I used this firm several times but have now moved to another online supplier. The reason is that I have had 2 experiences where a cartridge stopped working within a month although very little used. In another instance a cartridge was sent which didn't fit the printer (though admittedly very similar to the correct one). I would like to have seen a better response from their customer service. That is, "We're sorry and will send you replacements by return". Instead they said that I should send the cartridges back for examination (freepost) and if they are faulty we'll replace them. When you have the irritation of a faulty product and are left unable to print, you want a really top notch response, not one that questions your complaint.

I've bought the compatible inks for my canon printer (used for printing invoices, receipts etc on a daily basis) a couple of times now from this company. The ink is easily as good as genuine canon ink cartridges, and for a fraction of the cost. The ink in my printer now lasts for months, rather than weeks, which is what happens with the genuine ones. My printer recognises the cartridges so can still tell me when the ink is low (I used a different brand of compatible ink once and the printer didn't recognise the cartridge so told me it was permanently empty) Internet ink post out your order usually the same day, delivery is fast. Never had any problems. thanks

I find myself writing the best review I have done in a number of years. It's only ink but it's so crucial to my business. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They are on time, every time and are always there on a freephone number to lend a hand if ever there is an issue. Always, I have to say, the issue is on my end and not theirs.
