Patchy quality and average customer service
I used this firm several times but have now moved to another online supplier. The reason is that I have had 2 experiences where a cartridge stopped working within a month although very little used. In another instance a cartridge was sent which didn't fit the printer (though admittedly very similar to the correct one). I would like to have seen a better response from their customer service. That is, "We're sorry and will send you replacements by return". Instead they said that I should send the cartridges back for examination (freepost) and if they are faulty we'll replace them. When you have the irritation of a faulty product and are left unable to print, you want a really top notch response, not one that questions your complaint.
