I accidentally ordered the wrong item and when I contacted Internet Ink, the company offered to take back the order. I have used the company for many years. The product and service has always been good, but this experience raises it to another level/
I always use Internet Ink for my cartridges. The service is very good and the quality of the ink is great.
I have used Internet Ink for years. Compatible inks work well without a problem, delivery is prompt. This is my go-to ink supplier.

I purchased my ink cartridges on Thursday morning and got them on Friday. Can't fault it, the ink cartridges worked straight away in my printer, I will definitely be coming back, especially with my future 10% discount code I got with my order, keep up the good work!

I purchased an item and it's performance was so poor as to be unusable. I contacted Internet-Ink who told me to post it back to them for a refund. Even though their returns policy didn't specify I was liable for return postage I paid this anyway (they have since changed the returns policy and lied about when they did it - I have a dated copy as proof). Then they emailed to say they weren't issuing a refund as I didn't supply the boxes outer sleeve. They needed this so they could sell it as new to some other sucker even though they knew I used it and found it to be unsatisfactory. That was over a month ago and they have not refunded me for the item, or the postage (relevant consumer law says they are liable in these circumstances) and have KEPT the item aswell! So now I'm out of pocket for the item, the return postage and packaging AND the money I spent on the item itself! I've tried claiming money back through Paypal, but when they responded to the case Internet-Ink included several lies about what has happened. Truely company NOT to trust and should be AVOIDED at all costs! You have been warned!! EDIT: Regarding the response below; This is actually lies. I contacted Internet Ink to inform them the product did not work as described (not that I simply didn't "like it" as they have claimed). Once they received the item back, they DID NOT issue a refund, they KEPT the item AND my money then CHANGED the terms and conditions published on their website to say that postage was not covered for exchanges (i have copies of before and after). As the company continued to hold my money i was FORCED to contact Paypal who reviewed the case and returned my money to me - Internet Ink HAD NO INTENTION of doing so and would have been happy to steal my money. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

I have been using Internet Ink for many years now. They have never let me down. Consistently good value, good delivery. On the two occasions that I have had a problem with an ink cartridge (and I use quite a lot) they have immediately swapped them, no questions asked. Happy to recommend them.

I regularly purchase compatible ink cartridges for my 2 printers. I have never had to make a complaint about the purchases for either. The cost compared to original cartridges plus my permanent discount is marvellous.

Internet-Ink shipped me a replacement HP Black Ink Cartridge that did not work. They then recommended soaking it in warm water. This partly recovered it but then it printed all blurred and the cartridge leaked. I sent them two photos of this. But they then wanted it returned before sending me a replacement - crazy ! So I cleaned up all of the ink, binned the cartridge and put it down to a bad experience. I am a Full Time Mathematics Tutor so I do use lots of ink/paper so I was very surprised by their Customer Service. I should say that the Black Ink Cartridge was part of a Black Ink/Colour Ink Cartridge twin package and that the Colour Cartridge worked fine.

Have used Internet-Ink many times over the years and have always been impressed with their prices and the quality of the ink in their compatible cartridges. I use a high end Canon printer and have never had any issues with using non-Canon ink, in fact this current printer only ever used the Canon cartridges that came in the box before switching to Internet-Ink ones - no issues with quality and the chip they use ensures it works flawlessly every time. Recently had a conversation with a neighbour who recommended the people he uses for the ink in his printer. When I looked on their website they were virtually twice the price!! Plus, their cartridges had less ink in them, and they charged P+P!! With the result he is now a convert to Internet-Ink. Do have a read of their website and hopefully you will be as impressed as I was. They only use the best quality ink in cartridges they make themselves - they do not refill used ones - and they come complete with a new chip if your printer requires one.

I have used Internet-Ink for several purchases (usually Canon compatible inkjet cartridges, this time A4 photo-paper proved competitively priced too). The website works well and delivery has always been slick. I have yet to be faced with a service or product problem. The 10% loyalty discount and free postage are appreciated incentives.
