I accidentally ordered the wrong item and when I contacted Internet Ink, the company offered to take back the order. I have used the company for many years. The product and service has always been good, but this experience raises it to another level/

I always use Internet Ink for my cartridges. The service is very good and the quality of the ink is great.
Long term purchaser
I have used Internet Ink for years. Compatible inks work well without a problem, delivery is prompt. This is my go-to ink supplier.

Using replacement ink cartridges isβ¦
Using replacement ink cartridges is becoming a must these days due to the very high prices asked by the makers of the printers. When you can buy a brand new printer (that includes a set of inks) for less than a replacement set of inks with the same branding the alarm bells start ringing. A full set of branded inks will cost me over Β£65 but with Internet Ink it costs me about Β£10. True my printer manufacturer will say that using non branded inks will invalidate the warranty but once out of the guarantee period that does not apply. The quality of inks I have received are fine for everyday use and the ordering process is simplicity itself.

Full range of compatible cartridges. My printer does recognise that they are not genuine Epson but does not prevent their use, saving me £££ for occasional home printing

The ordering of the ink were very good and on time. My grandchildren and my daughter all use the printer and the ink seems fine perfect for homework etc, I have had 2 bundles of ink so far and will be ordering more from you when needed. Mr Smith

I have been a customer for a number of years and had a good service. This came to an end when they failed to honour my lifetime original ink 10% discount. I have this in black and white. Nothing is stated about 'compatible' inks. I do not trust this company. Be safe, do not use them. I have found another company who are cheaper, faster turnaround and cheaper postage! Their reply to this statement in not true.
