[22:22, 13.07.2025] Duygu Erdoğdu: My Instagram account has been inaccessible since June 28. I submitted my ID and selfie video on July 5, and the system said I would receive a reply within 3–4 business days, but no response ever came. I have two-factor authentication enabled, but I’ve lost my backup codes. I submitted every form multiple times, used different devices, and followed all instructions — still nothing. Instagram is calling everyone a Pedo! then BAN THEM

My Instagram account (@chamseldinart) was permanently banned with a serious false accusation. No appeal, no human review, no evidence. I'm a public figure and this has destroyed my brand and reputation. I contacted support many times and got only bots. I submitted GDPR complaints.

No way to contact support which is a huge red flag. No way to turn off endless scrolling which is absolutely awful UX. If you signed up once you can never use the same email, phone number or username again. 0 for UX and thank you for discouraging me from ever trying your site again <3

Mijn oude telefoon is kapot, waardoor ik geen toegang meer heb tot de verificatie-app en de tweestapsverificatiecode. Ik ben hierdoor buitengesloten van mijn Instagram-account, en de helpdesk heeft het probleem niet kunnen oplossen. Daarnaast kan ik mijn profiel niet herstellen omdat Instagram een selfie vraagt, maar die verificatie werkt niet."

Un-ethical company

After years being on the platform, I’ve seen this company take over and ruin a perfectly fine platform. Using untested AI moderation and using REAL USERS as TEST DUMMIES is NOT OKAY. I had my account falsely accused of CSE and banned immediately after the appeal. How can a company this big let an AI RUIN its platform. Thousands of users who enjoy the app are being SLAPPED in the face and we can’t do anything back because THEY HAVE NO REAL HUMAN SUPPORT. HOW CAN A COMPANY HAVE NO HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE. HOW LAZY AND GREEDY DO YOU HAVE TO BE META.
