After years being on the platform, I’ve seen this company take over and ruin a perfectly fine platform. Using untested AI moderation and using REAL USERS as TEST DUMMIES is NOT OKAY. I had my account falsely accused of CSE and banned immediately after the appeal. How can a company this big let an AI RUIN its platform. Thousands of users who enjoy the app are being SLAPPED in the face and we can’t do anything back because THEY HAVE NO REAL HUMAN SUPPORT. HOW CAN A COMPANY HAVE NO HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE.
