Popped into infinity motorcycle southampton to get a lid sorted for myself. On my first visit Ben was super helpful helping me find a lid that fitted me and in a range of different budgets. I was not pressured to make a purchase that day. Went back a week later and this time dealt with Steve who was also fantastic mentioned Ben had helped me the week previous and I've made my decision on the lid I wanted. Steve also took his time in helping me with gloves which I also bought. He patiently helped me with some jackets which I will return again soon for. I felt very welcomed at infinity and was very well informed with a wealth of knowledge from the guys about gear. They will be my go to motorcycle store as I have trust in them. Thanks guys see you all again soon.
Great company to deal with. I bought boots and helmet online, both arrived very quickly shame they were tight so sent them back easy and quick. A couple of days later next size up arrived very fast and efficient. From order to my house with a second delivery with the right size was 7 days. I will definitely recommend to my friends and I'll be a customer again in the future. Thanks Mike π

My experience of the camberley branch is they have the worst customer service I have ever known! I ordered my jacket online, apparently 3-5 day expected delivery in store. Contacted everyday after this point only to be lied to repeatedly. Nobody bothered to chance it up nor did they even make a note. The two names I spoke to were Tom and the manager Terry, in one of my most recent call they didnβt put the phone down correctly and I even heard them call me a dick! I recommend nobody shop at this branch they are just children that have now interest in there job and therefore will put zero effort into helping.

Customer service is excellent! There was a mistake with my order so I contacted their support team. A lady named Stella went above and beyond to ensure that the correct items arrived before the date I needed them. Her care, communication skills and pro activeness were superb. Wil definitely buy more from them. Great company!

I recently went to the Blackwater store to fit out my partner with all weather touring kit. We were attended to by Luca and the store-manager Terry both of whom gave excellent advice. They were extremely attentive and gave us as much time as was needed to ensure everything was a perfect fit. With extraordinary quantities of stock I wouldn't hesitate to go back even though it's 70 miles from home.

Brilliant customer service, had a rather large order and amongst my order were a part of RST S1 boots. Only one arrived in the box and within 5 minutes Lou had sorted the entire situation out and send the replacement which arrived within 48 hours. Great customer service from start to finish and even on returning the suit because I had order the wrong size they were extremely helpful and again Lou had it all organised and my exchange items on their way to me within hours of the suit arriving back at the depot. Brilliant staff and will certainly be shopping again in the future. Gold Star!

Overall the store has a great variety of high-quality items with competitive prices and excellent customer service. Came into the Norwich store to buy my first set of gear and Lydia took plenty of time to go around the whole store with me to help choose all the gear that most suited me for comfort and safety, ensuring that all the gear fit properly enough that it would work effectively, and also explaining all the different types of gear they have available and how they work

Massive thank you for the awesome service I've had at your Holborn and Clapham stores. I've been a bit of a "loyal" customer over at S****B*** for a while now. Can't fault their online shop - it's pretty on par with yours, and the prices are decent. But when it comes to their in-store staff, it's a bit of a different story. On a scale of 1-10, I'd probably rate them a solid -2! Your lot, on the other hand, are absolutely top-notch. Popped into both the Holborn and Clapham stores recently, and I've gotta say, the folks there are a real credit to your team. Super helpful, clued up about all things bike gear, and they really go out of their way to make sure customers get exactly what they need. What really impressed me was their dedication to finding the right gear for each person, rather than just pushing the priciest option. I've heard from mates that sometimes they can be a bit too eager to sell one thing over another, but honestly, that's just par for the course, and it doesn't bother me one bit. Anyway, just wanted to say thanks for the stellar service. No sales pitch here, just genuine appreciation for a job well done. I'll definitely be singing Infinity's praises to all my mates, and you can bet I'll be back for all my biking bits and bobs in the future.
