The team arrived on-time, quickly assessed the job and got to work. The job was particularly difficult due to adverse weather and very hard ground. These problems were overcome with the minimum of disruption and the worksite was left clean and tidy. The quality of completed work was excellent and we now have greatly improved water pressure.
Unfortunately the team could not help me with my water leak issues. However, they were punctual, gave me excellent advice to solve my issues, and the support from Angie in the office was first class.
House water supply pipe leaking under drive, requires urgent attention, Didn't even bother to reply to my inquiry. This is not fake. Made inquiry on company website.
Faultless work from the team of Sam, Danny and Tom. Arrived at 8, dug 5 deep holes in garden and patio, installed new mains water pipe, connected it to the stopcock inside, filled in all the holes, and left by 2. And you could hardly tell they'd been. Very polite and kept me fully informed of the progress. Would definitely recommend them.

We had an excellent service from this company. My issue was dealt with professionally and quickly from the staff in the office, who arranged a date for the work to be completed. The date was very quick and this stopped me from worrying further about the leaking pipes. Sam, Tom and Danny arrived on time, were courteous and informed us of the action that was required. The team worked very well, were quick, experienced and understood how best to tackle this leak with the minimum amount of disruption to us. The leak was dealt with efficiently and all the block paving and garden were put back in place. I would thoroughly recommend Impact Utilities for the quality, professional and prompt service that we received.

Ross and Luke arrived bang on time, gave what turned out to be a very accurate estimate of how long the job would take and then got on with the job. They explained what they would be doing and kept us up to date with progress. When they finished, it was impossible to tell where they had been. Really impressive customer service from two guys who clearly know their business.

Kris and Daniel did an excellent job of putting in a new pipe for us the Friday before last in a very awkward location that required an enormous amount of digging. They were friendly, polite and informed us of what they were going to do and why. Having dug up the garden they put it back together beautifully - you could hardly tell they'd been. Altogether a great service.

What can I say Fantastic. The guys came in on a appalling wet day and brought a ray sunshine with them.
